After a pause of almost a year caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the national futsal championship was resumed. The 20th edition consisting of five marches began on February 14.
Constantin Nița was the hero of those from Balkan in the 7-2 victory won against Sporting Nisporeni after he scored five goals.
Title claimant Dinamo Plus beat Steaua Dental 6-3. Mihai Bogaciuc (2), Ruslan Istrati, Sergiu Nicolaiciuc, Octavian Onofrei and Victor Negara scored for the winners
The other matches ended as follows: Olimpia – Next 6-0, Nistru – Rîmbcom 4-3 and Clic Media – Sportul Studențesc ULIM 7-2.
The second stage will take place also at the Futsal Arena FMF” din Ciorescu, starting with February 21. The schedule is as follows: Sporting Nisporeni - Sportul Studențesc ULIM, Rîmbcom - Clic Media, Next - Nistru, Dinamo Plus – Olimpia and Balkan - Steaua Dental.
