The national football team of Moldova plays the last but one match of the EURO 2016 qualifying rounds at home, against the similar squad of Montenegro, in the evening of September 8, IPN reports.

Moldova lost the last match to Austria 0-1 and has only two points after playing seven games. Coach Alexandru Curteian will make only one modification in the starting lineup: Alexandru Gatcan, who recovered after injury, will replace Gheorghe Andronic.

“Our biggest problem is psychological in character. We always think only about victory, but we were deprived of chances in the previous matches,” Alexandru Curteian told a news conference before the game.

The Moldova – Montenegro encounter takes place at the Zimbru stadium in Chisinau, starting at 9:45. Within the current qualifying rounds, Moldova is to also play Russia at home and Sweden away.
