Moldova beat Azerbaijan in the last match of the play-out phase of Division A of the Euro Beach Soccer League 2023, IPN reports.
The normal period of the game ended undecidedly, 4-4. The winner was decided in overtime where Moldova won by 4-1. Moldova ranked 13th, keeping the palace in the top tier of the European beach soccer. The goals in the match against Azerbaijan were scored by Eugeniu Borovschi (2), Alexandru Sîrghi and Dumitru Graur.
