DA leader Andrei Năstase thinks today is the day we will learn the future of Moldova and its citizens. In a Facebook post, the politician said today it will become known if the Party of Socialists is going to “do what people want” or enter an alliance with the Democratic Party, which in his opinion will mean “conservation of power and growing poverty”.
"While some were losing time, we spent hours alone in the halls of Parliament, waiting for the Socialists to join the talks,” says Andrei Năstase. According to him, the bloc ACUM understood and took difficult decisions, and what is up for negotiations are solutions, not principles.
As they were awaited by ACUM, Socialist MPs went to talk to the Democratic Party. After the meeting, PSRM representatives said the party took note of the Democrats’ proposals, which would be presented to the Socialist National Council later today. The Democrats also convened their National Council.
