Municipality prolonged trolleybus route no. 23

The itinerary of the trolleybus route no. 23 will be extended, starting with December 25, till the “La izvor” park, located at the periphery of the city, in the Sculeni district of the capital. According to the order of the interim mayor Vasile Ursu, the mentioned route will be named “Profesor Ion Dumeniuk Street – “La izvor”. The interim mayor tasked the general Department of Public transportation and the Electric Transportation Administration to work out the schedule of trolleybus circulation, on the route no. 23, operate changes in the respective information panels at the stations and publicize the provisions of the order. The control of execution of the order will be exercised by the deputy mayor Veaceslav Iordan. A press release of the Chisinau City Hall Public Relation Department says that the modifications in the public transportation network are the results of the numerous appeals from the inhabitants of the residential districts from Calea Iesilor, the sectors located between Bariera Sculeni and Ghidighici streets.
