Municipality launched a contest for working out territorial development concept of area between Chisinau and Stauceni

The City Hall of the Municipality of Chisinau launched a municipal contest for working out the concept of the Zone urbanistic plan of territorial development between Chisinau and Stauceni. The contest is held between December 27, 2006 and March 27, 2007. The competition has been announced via an order of the Chisinau Municipality City Hall, based on the proceedings from October 30, 2006 of the work session held together with the Presidency and the Government. The Zone urbanistic territorial development plan of Stauceni provides the building of modern-type living blocks The regulations, tender book, as well as the names of the members of the Commission for the organization of the contest, names of the members of the jury and experts can be solicited by the interested persons at the General department of architecture, urbanism and land relations of the City Hall till January 25. Earlier, Chisinau City Hall identified the zones in Chisinau, where the individual housing sector could be developed. According to the interim mayor Vasile Ursu, the areas where houses of one or more stories could be built are situated near the Dumbrava village, between Stauceni and the crossing of Criuleni and Orhei raions, the zone between the Airport and METRO mall from the Botanica district of the capital. Such territories could be identified in the zone near Ialoveni raion, added Ursu. The plots would be allocated only after the approval of the General Urbanistic plan, programmed for the current year.
