A number of changes in the personnel structure of the Chisinau City Hall were made in April. New chiefs were named at some of the municipal divisions, while others are managed by acting heads, IPN reports.
In a press release, the City Hall said that on April 4, Olga Ursu was named head of the General Finance Division after she won the contest to fill the given post. On April 5, Oleg Maevschi was appointed head of the Building Authorization and Discipline Division, also as a result of a public contest.
As of April 10, the municipal enterprise Green Areas Association has been managed by Sergey Carp. He will hold the post on an interim basis. On April 6, Vitalie Copaci was named acting director of the Urban Bus Company. The two will serve until the vacancies are filled by contests.
Also, Rodica Gutu will hold the post of head of the General Division of Education, Youth and Sport on an interim basis, while Viorica Negrei returned to the post held earlier, of deputy head of the Division.
Gennady Dubita has served as acting head of the Public Amenities Division as of April 11 after ex-head Petru Gontea tendered his resignation. Lucia Caciuc was appointed acting head of the Municipal Children’s Rights Protection Division.
Gheorghe Gasnas was dismissed from the post of head of the Local Taxes Collection Division in connection with his transfer to the State Tax Service, while Cristina Vizitiu was named acting head of this Division. As of April 11, Ciocana district has been managed by Sinilga Shkolnic. She will hold the post for a period of two months. On April 13, Ana Culev was discharged as head of the Culture Division.
