Municipal Council appoints head of Municipal Education Division

The Chisinau Municipal Council (CMC) approved Thursday November 23 the candidature of Tatiana Nagnibeda–Tverdohleb for the position of general director of the General Education, Youth and Sports Division (GEYSD). Till now, Tatiana Nagnibeda-Tverdohleb was the incumbent head of the same Division. The office of director of GEYSD became vacant after the former Division head Alexandru Roman was appointed through presidential decree as Rector of the Academy of Public Administration. The contest for holding the vacant position was organized on November 16, comprising only two challengers.
