The multifunctional centers of the Public Services Agency on Sunday work according to a special schedule, from 07:00 a.m. until 09:00 p.m. Temporary identity cards are issued free of charge to citizens of the Republic of Moldova who do not have identity documents to vote, IPN reports.
Thus, at the request of citizens of the Republic of Moldova older than 18, temporary identity cards are issued. The ready identity cards are also granted.
Voting-eligible citizens in the country and abroad can vote on the basis of the identity card of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova, which confirms the domicile or temporary residence of the voter on the territory of the polling station. Also, electors can vote with the temporary identity card with mentions about the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova, domicile or temporary residence of the holder, or with the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Moldova, including with an expired period of validity.
The polling stations established for the presidential election and the constitutional referendum on joining the EU are open until 09:00 p.m.
