MPs to examine 69 legislative measures related to EU this spring

The legislative body in the current spring-summer session will examine 69 legislative measures related to the EU, 49 of which are proposals of new acts, while 23 are amendment acts, Info-Prim Neo reports.
According to a communiqué from Parliament, there will be harmonized the Law on Market Supervision, the Law on the Post Office, the Law with Amendments to the Law on Employment and Social Protection of Persons Looking for a Job, the Law on Public Procurement, the Law on Civil Aviation, and others. In order to ensure the consistence of the efforts to adjust the national legislation to the EU one, there will be harmonized a number of acts for implementing and developing the Law on Labor Security and Health, the Law on the Protection of Plans, the Law on Competition, and the Law on State Benefit.
The Parliament will also examine the bill on the appointment of two judges of the Constitutional Court, will name the members of the Competition Council, and will ensure the procedures for reorganizing the Agency for Competition Protection into the Competition Council.
