MP seat of Ungheni district head validated

The Constitutional Court on October 18 validated the seat of lawmaker distributed by the Central Election Commission to Iurie Toma, who ran on the Liberal-Democratic ticket, Info-Prim Neo reports. The seat fell vacant after Lib-Dem MP Grigore Cobzac tendered his resignation. Iurie Toma was the next substitute candidate on the list of the Liberal-Democratic Party. Iurie Toma heads Ungheni district. He is a teacher by profession.
