The initiative group for collecting signatures in support of the candidate for President of the Social-Political Movement “Ravnopravie” Inna Popenko presented the subscription lists with signatures to the Central Election Commission (CEC), IPN reports.
On this occasion, Inna Popenko said the over 25,000 signatures were collected all over Moldova. “I was issued with a document showing that the lists with signatures were received for being processed,” she stated.
The CEC is to verify the presented signatures and to take a decision on the candidate’s registration within seven days.
