More polling places to be established in Transnistria for November 28 elections

The citizens of Moldova living on the left bank of the Nistru will be able to cast their votes in the November 28 elections at 21 polling places. This is by eight places more compared with the September 5 referendum and the elections of 2009, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the Central Election Commission (CEC), those who have the domicile or residence visa in the eastern districts of Moldova can vote with the identification papers showing where they live at all the polling places set up in Bender town, on the basis of additional lists. They will also be able to vote at polling place No. 5 set up at Secondary School No. 17 on Dacia Blvd. in Chisinau, at polling place No. 120 established at Moldova’s Railways Division on Vlaicu Parcalab, and at polling place No. 187 housed by SA Transenergoreparatie that is located on Transnistria St. In Anenii Noi district, the Transnistrians can vote at three polling places – two in Gura Bacului village and one in Varnita village. Three polling places will be established in Causeni district – in Copancaa, Farladeni and Hagimus villages. Nine polling places for the Transnistrians will be set up in Dubasari district – in Cosnita, Cocieri, Dorotskaya, Molovata Noua, Parata, and Ustia. By one polling place will be opened in Sanatauca village of Florest district, in Rezina town and in Rascaieti village, Stefan Voda. The CEC called on the Ministry of the Interior and the Joint Control Commission to supervise the November 28 elections within possibilities.
