The Honorific Consulate of Montenegro in Chisinau was inaugurated on April 4. The inaugural ceremony involved Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro Srđan Darmanović, Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova Anatol Vangheli and Montenegro’s Honorific Consul in Moldova Andrei Stratan, IPN reports.
Anatol Vangheli said the opening of the Honorific Consulate is for the benefit of both of the states as this will help intensify the economic relations and will encourage investments in community businesses.
For his part, Srđan Darmanović expressed his conviction that the cooperation relations between Moldova and Montenegro, including the economic ones, will strengthen with the opening of the Honorific Consulate of Montenegro in Chisinau.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro Srđan Darmanović is paying a working visit to Moldova at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Galbur, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration.
