Monday - tough day for Government

Prime Minister Vlad Filat will accept visitors on the third Monday of the month. This is said in the decision on the organization of audiences approved by the Government, Info-Prim Neo reports. Deputy Prime Minuster Ion Negrei, who is responsible for the social sphere, will receive visitors on the first Monday of the month, while Deputy Prime Minister Victor Osipov, who is in charge of the implementation of reintegration policies, on the second Monday of the month. The audience days at Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Valeriu Lazar and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Iurie Leanca will be set according to the audience programs of the given ministries. The people can consult Minister of State Victor Bodiu on the fourth Monday of the month. The appointments with the Prime Minster, Deputy Prime Ministers and the Minister of State will be scheduled by the employees of the Government’s petition section on the basis of the written application, in concert with the consultants of the given officials. The decision also says that the ministers and heads of other state institutions will accept visitors on the first and third Monday of the month, the deputy ministers and deputy heads of state institutions – on the first and second Monday of the month, while the heads and deputy heads of the structural subdivisions – on every Tuesday and Thursday, according to the work program. The decision recommends the local public authorities of the first and second degree to accept visitors on every Monday of the month. The examination of the petitions will be strictly monitored, while the results of the examinations will be debated systematically. The yearly information about these results is to be presented to the Government by January 20 of every year.
