Moldova's ping-pong team ready for CIS Games

Coach Alexandru Ni named on Tuesday, September 23, the national table tennis team that will compete in the Seventh CIS Games, to be hosted by Chisinau during September 24-28, Info-Prim Neo reports. The team looks as follows: Igor Ni, Eugen Dadechin, Vladimir Semipeadnyi, Vadim Piliponcic, Natalia Smirnov, Aliona Ni, Elena Cosciug, Elena Todirca, Tatiana Podoplelov, and Victoria Sandu. According to coach Alexandru Ni, the athletes are preparing intensely and hope to show their best, especially since they'll be competing on native soil and will have the support of their fans. Much of Moldova's hopes rest on multiple national champion Vladimir Semipeadnii, who can boast the brightest palmares.
