She said that she noticed increased security measures at the airport in Antalya, but there were no tensions. “I felt no tensions at the airport or aboard. I presume a part of the travelers didn’t know about the latest developments,” said Ecaterina.
According to the latest reports, more than 90 persons were killed and over 1,000 people were hurt in a number of Turkish cities last night, when military groups tried to oust the government. Gunfire and explosions were reported in the capital Ankara and in Istanbul. The coup was foiled by the authorities that enjoy the support of the largest part of the Armed Forces. More than 1,500 plotters were arrested.
