Those who received boosters following primary shots of the Janssen/Johnson&Johnson coronavirus vaccine are advised to download anew their vaccination certificates. This comes after the Ministry of Health adjusted the codification of booster doses in the certificates to EU standards.
Booster doses are recorded as follows: 3/3 for a booster dose following a primary two-dose vaccination and 2/1 for a booster dose following a single dose vaccination.
According to the governmental website vaccinare.gov.md, a total of over 2.18 million doses of coronavirus vaccines were administered in Moldova. 1.25 million people have been fully vaccinated, and more than 221,000 people received boosters.
