65.9% of the Moldovans are not disposed to particulate in protests, legal demonstrations, marches and meetings, shows a poll conducted by the Center for Sociological Investigations and Marketing CBS-AXA by order of the Institute GeoPOL, Info-Prim Neo reports. When given a list of concrete situations, 62.2% of the respondents said they would not take part in demonstrations to demand Moldova’s union with Romania, 19% said they would probably not take part, 8.2% would definitely or most probably take part, while 10.6% could not give or did not want to give an answer. 47.4% of those polled would not attend demonstrations in favor of the pullout of the Russian troops from Transnistria, 15.3% would probably not take part, 15% would definitely take part, while 9.7% would most probably take part. The rest of the respondents did not given an answer. Also, 51.3% of those questioned would not become involved in a march to force the Alliance for European Integration to resign, while 18.8% said they would probably not get involved. 53.3% would march in favor of outlawing the Communist Party, while 20.3% would probably not march. The poll was carried out on March 4-14. It covered a sample of 1,128 persons. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3.
