Moldovan pupils get medals at international Olympics

A student from the “Gaudeamus” lycee in Chisinau, Dmitrii Lemesevski, has got the golden medal at the International Physics Olympiad, taking place in Hanoi, Vietnam, from July 22 through 29, Info-Prim Neo has learnt from the Education Ministry. Two bronze medals went to Stefan Sanduleanu from the “Mircea Eliade” lycee in Chisinau and to Artiom Patrinica from the “Orizont” lycee from the capital. Victor Buza from the “Orizont” secondary school and Mariana Lopusanschi from “M. Eliade” high returned home with mentioning diplomas. Catalin Ganea from “M. Eliade” got the bronze medal at the Biology Olympiad in Mumbai, India, having taken place from 13 to 20 July. Andrei Frimu from the „Orizont” lycee has got the silver at the Mathematics Olympiad having taken place in Madrid, Spain, from 10 to 22 July. Dragos Galca from the “Mihai Sadoveanu” lycee from Calarasi and Andrei Iliasenco from the “Orizont” secondary school in Chisinau have got mentioning diplomas.
