About 100 lawyers from Moldova will study the conditions which should be fulfilled to carry out their profession in Italy within the frameworks of a conference which will be held on Friday, June 1 in Chisinau, lawyer Nadejda Macari told a news conference on Wednesday, May 30. The lawyer argued the need for such a conference by the fact that a significant number of Moldovan citizens are working in Italy and in many cases require legal assistance. As a rule, the legal assistance refers to the issues included in the international private law, Macari added. Another issue approached at the conference refers to the right of the lawyers when defending their clients in compliance with the provisions of the European Convention of Human Rights. The cited source mentioned that this conference will offer the lawyers of Moldova the possibility of getting in touch with the lawyers from EU and to get informed about how the lawyers work abroad. The Conference is organised by the Bars from Italy and Greece.
