The Moldovan woman who was injured in the Istanbul terrorist attack will be discharged from the hospital by this weekend. Spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova Vladimir Rusnac has told IPN that the 28-year-old woman was hurt by a shell splinter, but her state of health is now stable.

Vladimir Rusnac said the young woman has the domicile in Turkey on a temporary basis and it is her who will decide if she will return to Moldova or not. Moldova’s consulate in Istanbul is permanently in touch with the woman and her relatives. She will enjoy all the consular assistance needed to return to Moldova, if she wants to.
