The Moldovan Government decided to launch a website where declassified documents will be released, announced State Minister Victor Bodiu on Monday, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Bodiu told the Cabinet's meeting that 6 more documents that had been passed by the previous government were declassified today.
The documents provided for the allocation of a total 160 million lei, including the sum of 60 million lei which was supposed to be spent on the renovation of the Youth Center but was never transferred for that purpose.
Other 2 million lei stated in the declassified documents were allocated for the purchase of apartments for 6 individuals, including the driver of the former president Vladimir Voronin, his teacher, and the head of the presidential protocol department.
The prosecutorial bodies were instructed to verify whether the allocations had been legal.
