Several hundreds of Moldovan citizens protested, on April 15, at the headquarter of the Republic of Moldova embassy in the Russian Federation as a result to the aggravation of the relations between the two states, informs Info-Prim Neo referring to the press from Moscow. According to the quoted source, the speakers harshly criticized the authorities from Chisinau for worsening the relations with Russia, where thousands of Moldovan citizens live and work. The participants of the protest addressed to the Parliament from Chisinau to declare impeachment for the president Vladimir Voronin. The annalists from Chisinau say that the relations between Russian Federation and the Republic of Moldova worsened, after the president Vladimir Voronin refusal in November 2003 to sign the Kozak Plan aimed to settle down the Transnistrian conflict. The head of state says the single problem between the two countries is the different opinion about the Transnistrian conflict. On March 27 Moscow stopped the Moldavian wine imports in the Russian Federation. Chisinau qualifies this step as a political action.
