Moldovan badminton players enter CIS Games

The women contenders for gold, Antonina Coselev and Nadejda Litvinova, easily beat the pair Daria Manugherici and Evghenia Pasin by 2:0 According to the representative of the Badminton Federation of Moldova Alexandru Coselev, the sportsmen from Ukraine and Belarus will enter the competition on Thursday, September 25. The competition will be stiff. The foreign sportsmen are rather experienced and will be serious rivals for the Moldovan badminton players, both at double and simple, the official said. The preliminary women’s and men’s badminton matches (doubles and singles) at the up to 35 and over age categories, including the final duels, will be played at the Sports Hall of the Academy of Economic Sciences on September 25, starting at 14:30. The award ceremony starts at 18:30.
