The extraordinary general assembly of shareholders of SA Moldovagaz approved the new composition of the company’s Supervisory Board. Among the new members is the adviser to the President on economic matters Veaceslav Negruță, IPN reports.
The members of the previous composition who remained are: Elena Burmistrova, deputy chairwoman of the Gazprom Management Committee, director general of SRL Gazprom Export; Sergey Kuznets, department head at SAP Gazprom; Dmitri Handoga, department head at SAP Gazprom, and Kirill Neiumin, division head at SAP Gazprom.
Among the new members are presidential adviser Veaceslav Negruță and secretary of state at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development Constantin Borosan.
Secretary general of the Ministry of Finance Dina Roșca was named members of the Censorship Commission.
SA Moldovagaz was founded in 1999. SAP Gazprom holds 50% of the shares in this company, the Public Property Agency of the Republic of Moldova – 35.33%, the Property Management Committee of the Transnistrian region – 13.44%, while private individuals and legal entities – 1.23%.
