The Russian gas in November will be bought for US$830.42 per 1,000 cubic meters of gas, Moldovagaz CEO Vadim Ceban has informed.
According to him, the whole volume of gas purchased from the Russian company Gazprom is supplied to the Transnistrian region.
In October, Moldovagaz purchased Russian gas for US$795.87 per 1,000 cubic meters of gas.
Vadim Ceban noted that according to preliminary calculations, the price of natural gas provided by Gazporm in the first quarter of 2024 will be US$510 per 1,000 cubic meters.
The information about the cost of natural gas bought by SA Energocom is confidential, in accordance with the sale and purchase agreement signed in August 2022.
The chief of Moldovagaz also said that the weighted average price of natural gas included in the current charge is US$750 per 1,000 cubic meters of gas.
