The national women’s Under -19 team of Moldova suffered a 1-3 defeat to the Czech Republic in the second match of the 2013/2014 European Championship played on September 23, IPN reports.
According to the Moldovan Football Federation, all the goals were scored in the second half. Petra Tauberova, Tereza Krejcirikova and Katerina Buzkova scored for the Czech Republic within 10 minutes, while Cristina Cerescu scored for Moldova.
Moldova has so far scored no point in Group 4. In the other match of the group, Finland beat the Faroe Islands 2-0. Moldova plays the next match on September 26, against the Faroe Islands.
