The national Under-18 football team of Moldova was defeated 0-1 by the similar squad of Ukraine in the match for the seventh place at the international tournament “Development Cup” that was held in Belarus, IPN reports.
Coach Sergey Kirilov used the following players: Iulian-Sebastian Agachi, Ioan-Calin Revenko, Andrei Konohov, Nichita Coputerko (Maxim Goncear, 58th minute), Grigore Coscodan (Vlad-Vladimir Shobraneski, 49th, Valentin Tiganescu, 73rd), Vasile Stefu, Daniel Dumbravanu, Alexandru Graur, Daniel Marzac, Raul Obleac, Eugeniu Gliga (Ilia Mocon, 73rd).
Earlier, Moldova won 4-1 against Armenia and 4-2 against Slovakia, drew with Belgium 1-1 and lost to the future winner of the competition Russia 0-5.
