Moldova to participate in signing CEFTA Agreemnt

Moldova will participate in the meeting meant to expand the Central European Free Trade Agreemnt – CEFTA. The meeting will take place on December 18-19 in Bucharest. According to the Romanian Minister of Economy and Commerce, the text of the agreemnt will be concluded together with the amendement of the present provisions of CEFTA and candidat parties will join the agreemnt – Albania, Bosnia and Hertzegovina, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, UNIMIK-Kosovo. Calin Poepescu Tariceanu, the PM of Romania has recently stated that by participating in the Agreemnt, Moldova is offered an instrument that gives the opportunity of a clera european perspective with the hope that it will mainatin this idea. The statute of member of CEFTA is “a step that closens the European perspective”, Tariceanu said.
