The Parliament of the Republic of Moldova will hold the acting president of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (PABSEC) in the first half of 2021, IPN reports.
By rotation, the Republic of Moldova took over the presidency at the plenary session of the PABSEC in Greece. A delegation of Moldova’s Parliament consisting of MPs Nicolae Ciubuc, Mihail Paciu and Sergiu Litvinenco took part in the online plenary session of the PABSEC.
The Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation was founded in Istanbul in 1993. At present, the PABSEC includes delegations of the Parliaments of 12 member states of the BSEC, namely Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, and Ukraine.
