On the night of March 25, the clocks will be set forward one hour. 2 o’clock will become 3 o’clock.
Psychologist Lilia Gorceag has told Info-Prim Neo that every person reacts differently to any change, of time or in the personal or social life. Some notice these changes or go through them with difficulty, while others do not. Those who are sensitive, who have a distinct regime and the rigid people to whom every change causes discomfort feel well these modifications. These persons cannot fall asleep or wake up and can experience changes in the blood pressure. They can have headaches and their capacity for work decreases.
Depending on the person’s ability to adjust to certain factors, the accommodation period lasts for one-two weeks to one-two months. Lilia Gorceag recommends the sensitive persons to gradually make changes to their daily schedule beforehand.
Moldova switches to summer time on the last Sunday of March.
