The period of validity of the environmental permit and the air emissions permit of the Rybnitsa-based Moldova Steel Works were extended until March 31, as the Commission for Exceptional Situations decreed, IPN reports.
By its decision, the Commission obliged the plant to present the report for 2022 and to pay, until April 25, the pollution tax and to also report the quantity of produced waste, in accordance with the national legislation.
The permits for the Moldova Steel Works were prolonged for multiple times by the Commission for Exceptional Situations, with the last period of validity expiring on February 28.
