Moldova and Israel signed the agreement on the conversion of driving licenses. The intergovernmental agreement was signed by Alexandr Roitman, ambassador of Moldova to Israel, and Miri Regev, the Israeli minister of transport and road safety.
During the agreement signing ceremony, the parties expressed their interest in continuing to strengthen the bilateral dialogue, including through intergovernmental agreements.
Based on the agreement, the parties will mutually recognize, for the purpose of conversion, driving licenses issued by the competent authorities of the other party, in accordance with national rules, for holders of driving licenses who obtain residence in the territory of the state of residence.
