Moldova participates in EU Troika meeting

The EU Troika-Moldova meeting will be held at the level of political directors on February 27 in Berlin, Germany, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration. Topics related to Moldova’s internal achievements in the context of the Moldova-EU Action Plan, settlement of the Transnistrian dispute, activity of the EU Border Assistance Mission to Moldova and Ukraine (EUBAM), and cooperation development in the Black See zone are included in the agenda of the meeting. At the same time, the prospects of Moldova’s European integration and the receiving by Moldova of the EU Autonomous Commercial Preferences will be also brought up for discussion at the meeting. According to the press release, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova Valeriu Ostalep, who is part of delegation, will have bilateral meetings with Reinhard Silberberg, State Secretary of the Federal Foreign Ministry, Michael Schäfer, Political Director of the Federal Foreign Ministry, Hans-Ulrich Klose, Deputy Head for Foreign Policy of Bundestag.
