The national football team of Moldova was beaten by the similar team of Croatia in Koprivnica 0-1. The only goal in the friendly was scored by Andrej Kramaric in the 9th minute, IPN reports.
The lineup of Croatia didn’t include such stars as Modric, Rakitic, Mandzukic and Srna. The Croatian players hit the bar for three times. Igor Dobrovolski also didn’t use the best 11, a number of players being absent for different reasons, including Gatcan, Armas, Bordian or Antoniuc. Croatia and Moldova also met in 2008 and the match then ended also by 1-0 in favor of the hosts.
On June 3, Moldova will play a friendly against Switzerland, which also takes part in the European Championship of this summer.
