Moldova loses €6.7m at ECHR

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has announced today, 12:00 local time, its judgment in the case of UNISTAR VENTURES GMBH vs. MOLDOVA, awarding the applicant the record amount of 6.7m euros in respect of pecuniary damage; other 3,000 euros were awarded for non-pecuniary damage and 10,000 euros for costs and expenses, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Until now, the biggest sum lost by Moldova in an ECHR case was 2.5m euros.
