The friendly match between Moldova and Congo scheduled to be played in Austria on May 31 was cancelled due to an extraordinary situation, the spread of the Ebola virus, as a result of which four African countries, including Congo, were banned from entering the European Union, IPN reports.
Therefore, the Moldovan Football Federation was put in the situation to take measures to find an opponent, a national team of a club, for playing a friendly on May 31 or June 1.
On June 4, the national football team of Moldova plays a friendly against Armenia within the training session in Austria.
