The national football team of Moldova climbed two spots in the FIFA rankings for October to the 171st, IPN reports.
Among Moldova’s opponents in the UEFA Nations League, Belarus has the best position – 78th. Luxemburg ranks 84th, while San Marino 209th.
Moldova plays the next matches of the UEFA Nations League next month. On November 15, it meets San Marino Serravalle, while on November 18 Luxemburg in Chisinau.
The FIFA rankings are topped by Belgium, which is followed by France and Brazil. The next rankings will be released on November 29.
