Moldova, Greece, Romania, Armenia, Ukraine, and Turkey set up an international cooperation platform for business incubators called the Black Sea BI-Net. Its statutes were signed in Chisinau on March 5, IPN reports.
“Through the agency of this network, the members of the business incubators will be able to exchange good practices and to find partners,” said Deputy Minister of Economy Tudor Copaci.
The project “Regional Business Incubators Network” (BI-Net) was launched on March 23, 2013 by the Organization for the Development of the SME Sector as the leading partner, together with partners from Greece, Romania, Armenia, Ukraine, and Turkey.
The project is financed through the European Neighborhood and Partnership Instrument and the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance within the Black Sea Basin Joint Operational Program 2007 – 2013. It has a budget of €800,000 and an implementation period of 24 months (until March 23, 2015).
