A vast offer for all kinds of home-buyers is on display at the “Imobil Moldova” residential fair, taking place at Moldexpo during April 11-14. Those who find the right home can sign the contract right away.

The real estate and construction company Sprint-Mega proposes apartments in a residential complex located on Testemitanu Street. The casing of the monolithic block is made of reinforced concrete, the facade is thermally insulated with polystyrene boards. Each apartment has autonomous heating, double glazing windows, individual gas meters and other utilities. The company’s sales manager Natalia Delinschi says that the prices are reasonable considering the comfort of the apartments, but also the fact that the block has a playground for children, and in the adjacent part of the housing complex there will be a shared green space.

Irina Șocodei, senior manager of NC Invest, presented the offer of Verona Residence, a complex of residential buildings in the center of the city with 20-30 apartments each. The average price of one square meter is 720 euros. Two- or three-story apartments and nicely landscaped adjoining spaces, and Irina Șocodei claims potential buyers could afford all this by just adding a little extra over the money from selling their apartments in old blocks.

The commercial banks participating in the fair are selling apartments in blocks where they have invested or as partners of construction companies. Also the banks offer home-buying and mortgage loans at interest rates they advertise as advantageous. Discounts can be negotiated, both on the size of the down payment and the subsequent installments.

At the fair, contracts can also be signed with qualified designers for finishing apartment interiors. Businesspeople or people with some extra savings seeking to invest in the real estate market can buy apartments and homes in countries like Cyprus and Russia. Representatives of intermediate companies are present at the exhibition stands. For those who buy apartments in Cyprus, the company offers a warranty for renting the space purchased for a period of 10 years.

Natalia Ciornaia, director of the exhibition, says that about 30 real estate companies, commercial banks, insurance and consulting companies participate in Imobil Moldova. If a buyer makes up her or his mind, legal services can be offered to seal the deal. “The offers are numerous, and interesting too. Sadly, the number of buyers is not so much,” says Natalia Ciornaia.
