The 13 modern excavators of the public utility SA “Apa-Canal Chisinau”, which were purchased within the Priority Investment Program, began to work. The new mechanisms work all over the territory of Chisinau municipality, IPN reports, quoting a press release of the company.
The seven bulldozers-excavators and six mini-excavators were involved in construction, repair and maintenance works on water supply and sewerage networks so as to achieve the main objective of the company – to increase the quality of exploitation and repair works.
According to the company, the new machines will help to reduce the intervention costs and the losses of water.
The machines were delivered at the beginning of April within the Priority Investment Program that is financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the European Investment Bank.
