Electors can ask to vote at the place of residence in the runoff presidential election of November 3. The Central Election Commission warns that the applications submitted for the first round of voting are not valid for the November 3 election, IPN reports.

Under the electoral legislation, the voter who, for health reasons or for other good reasons, cannot come to the polling station can ask the electoral bureau to organize mobile voting for them. Requests shall be made in writing by 02:00 p.m. on the day preceding election day. On election day, requests can be made in writing by 02:00 p.m. if a medical certificate is presented.

People who cannot submit the application for voting at the place of residence can do so through a member of their family or ask for the assistance of the social worker of the mayor's office. If, due to a physical disability, illness or other serious reasons, the voter is unable to personally sign the application for voting at the place of residence, he/she can personally make the request in verbal form at the polling station. If the request cannot be made in person in verbal form at the polling station, it can be made by telephone.

On election day, the head of the electoral bureau of the polling station shall designate at least two members of the bureau who will travel with a mobile ballot box and the materials necessary for voting to the place of residence of applicant voters.
