Mobile medical points work again in Chisinau

The hot weather made about 2,500 persons use the services of mobile medical points working in Chisinau. Approximately 200 of them received specialized medical care. Two men suffered sunstroke, the Health Division's head Mihai Moldovanu said at the July 19 meeting of the Chisinau City Hall. Mihai Moldovanu stressed the number of patients is expected to rise this week as the temperatures will be high, 34-36 degrees Celsius. A medical worker measures the blood pressure of all those who want in every of the 16 mobile medical points working in the most crowded places in the capital city and in temporary points set up at medical institutions. The mobile points also provide drinking water, Info-Prim Neo reports.
