A number of citizens reported problems in the use of the mobile and electronic signatures. The e-Government Agency confirms that all platforms that require authentication through MPass and those that use electronic signatures, including when requesting public or private services, malfunction.

According to the Agency, the MSign platform and integrated systems do not allow applying the signature. The MPass platform does not allow for authentication. In the case of services provided by private entities, a series of electronic platforms that directly integrate electronic signature services are affected.

Users who activated 2-Step authentication or the EVOSign application are not affected when logging in, the quoted source noted.

The technical faults appear to be caused by the system updates made and announced by the Information Technology and Cybersecurity Service for January 15, 2025. The responsible teams of the e-Government Agency are cooperating  with the Service to solve the problem, IPN reports.
