Missiles found at Valea Morilor Lake in Chisinau

Missiles dating back to World War II have been found on the bed of the dried lake from Valea Morilor in Chisinau, Info-Prim Neo reports. Liliana Puscasu, a spokeswoman for the Civil Protection Service, specifies the bombs were found on November 25. It some two hours for the sappers to take out 4 missiles of 152 mm 122 mm in caliber. The missiles were taken away to be destroyed. Most of the ammunitions from the WWII are found in Moldova in places where the Iasi-Chisinau operation took place.
