A 69-year-old women form Straseni was sentenced to 3 years’ imprisonment and put on one-year probation. She tied the hands and legs of a minor with a metal chain in order to make him confess that he stole 300 lei from her, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the press service of the General Prosecutor’s Office.
The case happened in November last year. The boy was kept tied in the woman’s house for a day. The medical examination showed that he was beaten. The woman admitted her guilt.
