A minor died and two other people were transported in a serious condition to the hospital following an accident in Dobrogea Veche village of Sângerei district. The accident occurred on the evening of March 25, IPN reports.
According to preliminary information, a car driven by a 23-year-old man crashed violently into a tree after the driver lost control of the steering wheel while speeding.
Together with the driver, there were two minor passengers in the car, a 16-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy. As a result of the impact, the boy died on the spot, while the driver and the girl were rushed to the hospital.
According to the police, the driver does not have a driving license.
A criminal case was initiated to establish all the circumstances of the accident.
