Minor convict found dead in his cell

A minor male convic,t 15, was found dead this morning in his cell in Prison no.13 in Chisinau. He apparently committed suicide by hanging, using bedsheets attached to the ventilation system of the cell door. The Correctional Department said in a press release that no visible signs of violent death were found on the body. Psychologists and the penitentiary's educator said the teenager's psychological state was stable. The teenager was convicted of raping and then murdering two sisters with disabilities in Zirnesti village, Cahul.
