Ministry of the Interior and Security and Information Service do not take part in identification of April 7 provokers

Acting President Mihai Ghimpu said he was informed by the Prosecutor General's Office that the Ministry of the Interior and the Security and Information Service do not participate in the identification of the persons who appear in the videos and pictures of the April 2009 protests. In a program on the public TV channel yesterday evening, Mihai Ghimpu said not only the Prosecutor General's Office should take steps to discover the truth about the April 7, 2009 events as the entire society must contribute, Info-Prim Neo reports. He also said that a report on the performance of the former central administration on April 7 was submitted to the Parliament's Standing Bureau. It contains the conclusions of two European experts in masses management. The conclusions of the European experts will be attached to the report of the parliamentary commission of inquiry into the April 2009 events. According to Mihai Ghimpu, the Parliament will adopt a decision on this report after the lawmakers familiarize themselves with the European experts' opinion.
